Pros

There are genuinely good people working here who were likely attracted by the company’s reputation and brand. However, many employees quickly discover that the work environment can be highly stressful and, at times, toxic. Before accepting a position, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence. Speak with current employees, research the company’s legal history involving employee disputes, and carefully benchmark the salary being offered against the actual market rate.

Cons

Career development opportunities appear limited and are often reserved for a select group of long-term employees. The company suffers from a lack of strong and effective leadership, which seems to stem from issues within HR and upper management. Unprofessional behavior, poor leadership practices, harassment, and bullying are too often tolerated rather than addressed. Many employees are expected to perform the responsibilities of multiple roles while being underpaid, with this being framed as “development opportunities.” Overall, the company appears far more focused on profitability than on the wellbeing and support of the employees who contribute to its success.

Pros

Great colleagues; remote work was great; support for business travel-quick reimbursement

Cons

Laid off after almost 10 years. Layoffs happen almost weekly for the past 9 months. For PM's plan on average 60 hour workweeks, occasional nights & weekends to support Customers. Management has callous disregard for people; people with >20 years with company terminated with no option for any other positions. Poor communication - no transparency. Lack of proper Eng resources. Public knowledge: Exec focus is on selling Nrth America divisions; no plans to grow company. Friends still there, tell me "worse than ever".

Pros

Strong teamwork at the operational level. Valuable hands-on experience and exposure to international operations. Opportunities to develop technical and professional skills. Supportive colleagues in local teams.

Cons

Strategic decisions from senior leadership (France & UAE) negatively impacted long-serving employees. Limited transparency during restructuring and workforce reductions. Lack of accountability at the executive level. Communication during critical periods was unclear and insufficient. Long-term loyalty did not translate into job security or fair treatment.

Pros

Timely salary A handful of genuinely supportive colleagues

Cons

• No real job security. In a team meeting, employees were told that if they wish to leave, they could resign and would be relieved immediately. This has created an atmosphere of constant fear. • Managerial nudging has increased significantly, making the workplace mentally exhausting and extremely stressful for many team members. • Most employees are actively interviewing elsewhere due to the lack of stability and trust in management. • Inconsistent leave policies. Some employees receive leave for important personal events while others suffer for normal leave requests. • Visible favoritism. Individuals with limited workload or domain expertise continue comfortably because of personal rapport and flattery, rather than performance. • Ineffective leadership in the Graphical team. The team lead has minimal involvement in actual work and always indulge in unnecessary talks, affecting team productivity and morale. • Unequal expectations for remote employees. A permanently WFH team leader is only expected to attend social trips, parties and presence at the time of foreign delicates visit not regular office work, raising questions about fairness. • Culture that rewards sycophancy over merit. Personal favors and flattery, cooking for each other seem to outweigh actual effort, knowledge, or delivery.

Pros

Friendly and collaborative work environment where everyone is treated equally, regardless of seniority. Hybrid work culture that allows for a healthy work-life balance. Supportive managers and colleagues, especially helpful for new employees. Subsidized and great-quality food options provided by the company. Regular HR activities that keep the workplace engaging.

Cons

Onboarding process can be a bit slow, especially when it comes to getting necessary access and permissions for laptops, which requires multiple follow-ups with IT.
