Cons

Not really a concern, but I wanted to highlight that it can be quite challenging to find opportunities to transition from project work into more hands‑on infrastructure roles. Overall, the company is very good, and everyone is very helpful. Line manager was very good.

- Good team culture (depends on which site you're based on). - Pace is fast and good for your personal growth if you're able to keep up - Work can be quite fulfilling - Great company benefits

Cons

- Poor increments and bonus despite the heavy workload - Distance can potentially be an issue if you're assigned to a site far from home - Operations are 24/7 so when incidents occur be prepared to head back down on weekends or holidays
