Poor communication between shifts and depts, when work slows you will get offered vto, then the mass layoffs usually start, people working there for 1-3 yrs and still not hired on, no one can or will tell you the exact qualifications to getting hired on, they play favorites. Too little opportunities for advancement or full time employment. Your prob gonna get arthritis if you don't already

The company policy and culture was not good..layoffs every year. Not a stable company
