They care about your work-life balance and allow for flexibility on work from home.

Cons

WFH atmosphere is starting to be a distraction in the company and causing gaps in communication.

Overall, a good place to work

Pros

Fair pay, reasonable supervisors, good amount of time off, great coworkers. Also, I have a good work life balance and don't often work overtime or on the weekend. They are working to catch up from a DEI perspective (like many places). We finally have ERGs.

Cons

Leadership varies in how well they communicate. Experience can really vary across the company since it's so big and depends on your manager. WFH jobs are given nothing to support maintaining a home office (nothing for supplies, desk, chair, internet, etc).
