Some upper managers have short mans and single child syndrome. They believe they're the smartest and hardest workers, but throw a tantrum when things go wrong and blame everyone but themselves. They have zero communication skills and tell people something then deny it when things don't work out. Not a single employee at the site enjoys working there and all of them cannot stand the upper managers. They almost blew up the plant when they allowed a large tank in the back to be opened when not fully emptied. When one of the upper managers was fired over it, the subordinate said they were going to tell the upper manager no if it happened again, which was easy to say when the upper manager wasn't there to tell them to do it again. Some true liars. In addition, cancer causing powdered acid is used to make herbicide. The tanks are supposed to have ventilation to remove the particulates from the area when the acid is dumped. The ventilation system has holes in the tubing and never works well. After dumping acid, the operator is covered in powder. The area surrounding the tanks has acid powder floating in the air for hours,. This has been known for years, but they're too cheap to fix it. They would rather the workers just breathe it in. Do not work at this place!
