Insane leadership. Ridiculous processes. Zero accountability for Management. Most do not have to to their job, the company rides on the shoulders of a few people.

Asia Commercial Lead is very bossy with his employees. He makes the BU uncomfortable and interrupts the activities at BU. He lacks leadership and knowledge in Agrochemistry. He is always aggressive and straightforward without an obvious strategy and raises a hateful environment in Asia. You will be isolated if you do not follow him. He is trying to build his reign in Asia and replace dedicated staff. You should consider applying to this company when you live in Asia at any level.

Poor leadership vision and high turnover in critical positions.

If you are a woman or a person of color get as far as possible away from this place. Not only is it a boys club - it is a good ole boys club. The racist and misogyny are rampant and leadership has their heads to far up their assets to notice it. Outside of the operators dey hire just enough people of color and women to say they at least have one. They always say they are looking for ways to be better but the good ole boys at the plant leadership level are deaf to anyone that doesn't look like them.
