      Nufarm has good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Absolutely unbearable Management. They are very abusive and impossible to get on the same page with. The pay and the benefits are not worth the toxic environment. They have lost several experienced leaders in Supervision due to Management’s inability to plan, lead or even relate to anyone who works there. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are corrupt and incompetent.

      Benefits Entry Pay Manager who hired me gave work life balance and made the environment healthy to work in. Close to home Last manager tried to help keep me on board and was very understanding.

      Drama No work 180 No advancement for certain employees Lied on if your not like (but you come to do a job not to be liked) At times I felt like things were done a certain way because of my race No real open door policy If it works for them then it must work for you Appreciation is very limited
