Good Company to work, great work life balance, company culture is good. You would really have time to per-sue your hobbies, spend time with family and friends go for vacation no much stress about micromanagement. Leaders are usually chill but yes you have to maintain that respect about your work.
Cons
Don’t expect much of compensation growth or career growth.
