Breaking through language barriers. ๐ฌ๐บ๏ธ Nick, a front-line engineer for the Mandarin-language support team, recently won a Just Do It Award for his innovative project AWS Case Translation Tool. "Winning the Just Do It Award meant that I have the ability to make a positive impact on the world. Knowing that gives me the confidence to do bigger things," Nick said. The Just Do It Award is celebrates innovation and bias for action when solving problems for our customers. The Case Translation Tool helps AWS support engineers communicate with Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking customers in their native languages through real-time live chats and emails.
