Pros

Good hours, steady work, mostly independent, limited customer interaction, and a good way to build work ethic and time management.

Cons

Hard on sleep schedule, physically demanding, repetitive, and stressful when understaffed or when freight volume is heavy.

Pros

Work is easy and straightforward. The management at my store is good and I get along well with everyone.

Cons

It's Walmart. Expect low pay and big corporation who treats it's employees like pawns. The attendance point system essentially punishes you for being sick if you have no PTO to cover it.
