No Pros at all. They need people on visa to exploit them to over work without paying them and also bullying and harassing them, You will have to lose your self respect to work here.

Cons

VFS Global has no work culture.Its an Indian company with ZERO work ethics. Only people who bootlick each other will work together by losing there self respect. Full of visa holder staff who get exploited by a few POWER HUNGRY individuals who will never get employed anywhere but have been here for 10+ years. There whole job is to find flaws and issues with everyone. The Head of department thinks he is the owner of the company and has all his cousins working in VFS in various departments. The employees working there are just there to bootlick the higher ones and would go to any length to bad mouth and tell each and every thing about other employees to the management. AVOID joining this organisation if you want peace of mind and have a stable mental health. These people should be reported to Fair Work Organisation.

Good exposure and a good starting place to begin with

Cons

Management is pathetic Especially with not so friendly higher management. Salaries are way lower than market standards. Work-Life Balance is just a term in the work manual but never implemented

flexibility is the only pro as the manager actually is blindfolded towards a specific community and there is absolutely no importance given to any other employee. The management is the center is getting worse.

Cons

everything except the pros mentioned above. This firm seriously lacks professionalism.
