      Good Work Life Balance - Bad Compensation

      You have amazing team (depends what team you are), Good work life balance, for the one looking for work life balance and chill environment here's the place.

      Cons

      You will not get salary increment, if you get maybe under 2% each year or maybe you can get 1%. It happens while I'm here.
