- Relaxed work culture, typical what you can expect from European company - Competitive pay - Everything is mature in here, from the business, organization, etc.

Cons

- A mature company can be both advantage and disadvantage. As for the disadvantage, there is lack of room for innovation. If you are young grads and want to experience the latest and greatest in tech, this company is not for you. This company however is perfect for whoever looking for stable job.
