Pros

- good team members to work alongside - good benefits offered

Cons

- cliquey management, dating each other and highly rude/out of touch with staff on the floor - unpleasant training experience, often not told the truth about when you will be working etc - unrealistic KPIS expected to be met within two weeks without full training - no recognition for improvement or good work

Pros

Flexibility for casuals in the call centre, culture, benefits, pay.

Cons

Poor management and support, with unrealistic kpis. Poor induction - training. A lot staff rotating, people don't feel motivated due to the lack of engagement from managers and attitude no very collaborative/supportive from the majority of them. Very young 'leaders' bringing friends to work with
