Pros

You make friends. That's it.

Where do I begin? You will stress about this job. You will dream about missing targets. Think about this, and ask whether you want to work for a company that does this to their employees. Management said results don't matter for the first 3 months, which is a lie because I was sacked after 2.5 months because of my results. They put you on a 2 week Performance Evaluation Plan, which is basically a 2 week notice for you to start looking for a new job. There's no "plan" at all from management to help you improve. They hide everything from their employees, but even the team leaders in some cases. They have Australia's worst HR department. So much so they were probably hired through Centrelink. They are tactless, soulless, and opportunistic. We went through a slow period in the second half of the year, at times only taking 1 call which lasted only 15 minutes during an 8 hour shift. How can you possibly improve your stats when you're barely getting any calls? They make you casual because your easier to sack, and they call you "customer service" even though your actually "technical support" because it's cheaper to employ you (lower wage for employees). A poorly managed company, I'll be surprised if they last into 2019.

On a road to failure

Pros

Great people working in training and on the phones. Half the leaders are great.

Cons

The other half of the leaders are not effective (Poor attitude and tenuous understanding of their role and how their actions effect the culture) Senior Management have no people skills. No compassion for people who work for them. No rewards for doing the job well. No recognition (which doesn't cost the business anything) Pay is lower than competitors. Biggest reason for staff leaving to that one particular business. Performance improvement process is perceived as a threat due to inconsistency in managers. Staff are not asked to be cross skilled. Then they are not offered any bonus or pay increase for increased responsibility. Client refers to the position as technical support but the business insists it is a customer service role for the sake of cheating advisors out of money. Overly obsessed with security with zero trust for staff. Most policies seem more targeted towards Phillipines business and are not inline with Australian Culture. Hygiene is a joke. Toilets often very unclean. Not allowed to clean your desk. Break room had all the utensils removed and often staff are left without basics like coffee, milk, sugar. (seriously taking the Milo away was petty.)

Pros

friendly people , some people in management are really good but the bad atmosphere of work has changed them

Cons

everything needs to change . they have awesome people at the lowest level who can do much better job than the current management. Their recruitment process is really bad.
