      Poor culture

      Pros

      - career opportunities across various states - stability in employment - exposure to a decent amount of mid size projects across a range of disciplines

      Cons

      - extremly poor culture - completely not caught up with generational changes, even though claims otherwise - team work mentality non existent - technologies are outdated with no hope for improvement due to constantly tight budgets on IT - key management positions have been occupied by the same people with the ‘boy’s club’ mentality for years - very bad fit for young people starting up their careers (grads assigned essentially to admin roles)

      Very busy like most of engineering consultants.

      Cons

      Excessive use of Learn and Learn for training and rob employees of their personal time. This mean using employee’s lunch time instead of work hours for training and not paid for their time. I think this is illegal - a disguised form of wage theft. Favour employees of large business sectors in pay, reward and recognition. Great discrepancy in grade and pay for the same job title. Great gender inequality at the senior management level. Large of transparency in pay grade and reward system.

      Great people that are good at what they do

      Cons

      New offices are awful. People jammed together like sardines. No privacy. No sound attenuation. Buildings unfinsihed, ceilings left exposed, raw concrete. But they drank the purple cool aid
