Pros
- career opportunities across various states - stability in employment - exposure to a decent amount of mid size projects across a range of disciplines
Cons
- extremly poor culture - completely not caught up with generational changes, even though claims otherwise - team work mentality non existent - technologies are outdated with no hope for improvement due to constantly tight budgets on IT - key management positions have been occupied by the same people with the ‘boy’s club’ mentality for years - very bad fit for young people starting up their careers (grads assigned essentially to admin roles)
