Nothing much. The location is easy to get to.
Cons
Does not pay London weighed salary and pays below market rate on top of that as well. Understaffed with much work relying on employees working overtime out of obligation/pressure/stress. Toxic 'we are a family' workplace culture (see previous sentence). Huge staff turnover. Too many managers who don't understand the day to day; not enough officers to actually get the work done. Future faking - job opportunities dangled like carrots but never materialise. Business model is intrinsically flawed as it is based on economy of scale - not something that can or should be applied to educational institutions!

Merit and qualifications seem to take a backseat to personal connections and flattery. Promotions often appear to favor those who cater to the preferences of the Regional Director AD. Employees seeking a meritocratic work environment may find the culture discouraging. Salary hikes are rare, with agents reportedly earning more than employees.

Some amazing and inspirational female leaders. Most of my direct colleagues are great and want to do their best.
Cons
The good people don’t stay long. CEO gets paid huge salary and bonus whilst everyone else is told there isn’t a budget for bonuses or proper salary increases - have a look at companies house accounts. Good incentives for sales teams, but no one else. Out-dated business model that is based on doing dodgy deals over dinner and boozy nights.
