- WFH a couple days a week (slightly more formal avoid the Covid lockdowns of 2020) - Flexible start / end to your working day - Career progression. If there's an internal position available you're free to apply. Also seen career path switches; Devs to BAs, product owners and even QA. - Central location in the CBD - Great team / co-workers
Cons
- Depending on the team you're on, you may be working on the flagship product which is on an ancient tech stack (Zend Framework 1, jQuery) - Not much opportunity to work on front-end stuff across all teams. - Increased reliance of outsourcing work to overseas devs (Main cons are communication issues and timezone differences)

Brilliant place for career development and progression. Training opportunities for skills development are available and often staff progress within their roles.

There was a lot of structural change in a short period, needs consistency from senior management team.
