Pros

I've been working there for 6 months, the pay was good but for a retail job it is a really demanding job, even outside of work, you have to work. There is more cons than pros.

Cons

The employees are prioritising commission over helping each other. The store management I worked for don't value their employees and are just focusing on reaching their target and sales so they can get their bonuses. If you sell high end, hard sided and expensive items management put you on the spotlight in the team group chat, this cause employees to sabotage each other by stealing clients, bullying, causing drama, the list goes on... There is also unprofessionalism from the store manager who don't have work ethic and empathy. Someone got injured because the workplace was not safe and have to recover and a week later that person got sack over the phone and ended up with no job and an injury. Yes this person was a casual, but it is disgusting to see this happening. That person had to go through so many paper works and the company didn't offer as much support.

Pros

Once you're gone, you regularly get job offers.

Cons

The work environment was regrettably toxic, and I would not recommend anyone to consider employment there or to engage with the brand's products. Management displayed a severe lack of leadership skills and had little understanding of effective human interaction. Weekly changes in arbitrary rules only exacerbated the already challenging situation. The workplace seemed to reward those who lacked integrity and exhibited biased behavior, fostering an environment of cheating and hypocrisy. Additionally, the company's code of conduct is ignored, and HR appeared to be in alignment with the management's shortcomings, failing to address serious issues raised by numerous team members about sabotage, blackmail, threats, and other forms of abuse. The overall Customer Service provided was unsatisfactory, treating employees as mere automatons rather than valued individuals. The performance expectations were set at unreachable levels, with an overwhelming focus on sales, leaving little room for personal growth or respect towards employees. As a result, many individuals experienced adverse physical reactions after a short period in the office, such as rashes, breakouts, sneezing, headaches, and dizziness. In light of these concerns, I strongly advise those seeking a fulfilling and respectful workplace to seek opportunities elsewhere, where their well-being and professional growth can be better nurtured.
