massive egos with no actual experience to justify the power trips and thoughtless demands that come along. plus everyone is generally unprofessional and dishonest across the board. it’s an every man for themself type of atmosphere

This company is so toxic. There is a huge gossip culture, people are competitive and fake. I was excited to work here at first given how big of a name Kith is, however after a few months, I realized there were so many flaws. It is very hard to move up within the company. There is also a glass ceiling and can be very misogynistic. Upper management is irresponsible and some have superiority complexes, only care about themselves and uses employees to feed their own ego. For the pay that you are getting you are better off finding somewhere else that pays the same amount but treats you humanly. Also, the turnover rate is SO high. I've seen countless people who work full time leave in less than a year and go back to their previous jobs or look to work somewhere else.
