very collaborative environment - high team work and comradery. Ability to really dive deep into projects and get creative, own the execution, make decisions, and see your hard work come to life. Everyone has the same mentality of one dream which makes the teamwork that much more rewarding. Projects are very unique with fun partnerships and operational needs. It's a special place.
