      Great culture initially, but job security falters

      Pros

      At the start it was great, amazing culture you worked hard but there was a lot of opportunity for fun. There was a level of job security as most people had been working there 7+ years some even 20years

      Cons

      There were a lot of changes that came into play e.g. removing working from home, redundancies across the business meant that the initial job security you had was gone. recruitment freezes meant no opportunity for progression
