      - Disconnected from HQ, unfortunately it can sometimes feel like we're doing our own thing and don't have the resources to truly grow locally - Lean team and sometimes limited by resources - Not as innovative as it could be (hard to change the company from a local level) - Limited career opportunities and roles unless you're in the US
