I worked at Equans ANZ, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company suffers from a deeply ingrained toxic culture that affects all levels of the organization. There is a significant lack of communication and collaboration, leading to a siloed environment where departments operate in isolation. This not only hampers productivity but also creates a hostile work atmosphere. Management often fails to address these issues, and there is little to no support for employees facing challenges. The lack of transparency and accountability further exacerbates the problem. If you're considering a position here, I would strongly advise you to think twice and explore other opportunities where your skills and well-being will be valued. Run Away!!
