I worked at Equans ANZ, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company suffers from a deeply ingrained toxic culture that affects all levels of the organization. There is a significant lack of communication and collaboration, leading to a siloed environment where departments operate in isolation. This not only hampers productivity but also creates a hostile work atmosphere. Management often fails to address these issues, and there is little to no support for employees facing challenges.
