Thanks for sharing your feedback. As a young company with big growth ambitions, we appreciate all feedback, good or bad. We’re glad to hear you appreciate our flexible working approach. That said, it seems you didn’t have a great experience overall, and we’re sorry to hear that.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are embedded in our culture at Xplor and we take pride in our employee-led Inclusion strategy. We’ve put a lot of effort into improving how we hire and ensuring we always have diverse candidate slates. Our I&D Council is made up of Xplorers at all levels, from across our many regions, and together they set the agenda and pace for our DE&I approach at Xplor. In our last all-employee engagement survey, 85% of Xplorers said they feel they can bring their authentic self to work.
Xplor is still a young company, and we are building foundations for the future by investing in the growth and personal development of our Xplorers. And because we know the importance of great leaders, we are working hard to help our managers develop their leadership skills too. We offer all our leaders leadership development sessions and regular one on one coaching, so they can keep getting better at what they do. We believe in helping our people grow while they’re with us and will continue to do more to make this true for every Xplorer.
