Pros
Long-time associates are wonderful co-workers. They work hard for the company and take great pride in the store. Usually they try to have fun while doing it.
Cons
If you are not on the manager's favorite list, you are in for continual criticism and nasty verbal swipes. It's never enough for her. Hingham is the "flagship" of the company, yet she berates and demoralizes the staff, even long-time employees and department managers. Constant negative feedback from management is bringing morale at the store down, down, down.
