Zero training is provided when onboarding. No videos, no SOPs, no anything to do with training. My first day on the job, as soon as I walked in I was told to work the floor and registers. I was able to, provided my vast retail experience but everything I did was wrong according to management. I was continuously told that I wasn’t “doing my job”, but when I asked for training and feedback about what I needed to do or could to better, there was no training or feedback. Also every inch of the store is on camera so corporate can call at anytime to tell you that you’re not “working hard enough” even though they don’t provide enough hours to properly staff the stores.
