long hours are great! you get to stress all time which is sweeet! you get to pay 10$ or parking or more per day ! which is so good for your budget needs and we are 5 days onsite a week, talk about good work life balance huh >?
Cons
I have had a very disappointing experience working at TRG. The management is unorganized and indifferent to employee concerns, which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. The pay is not competitive, and opportunities for growth are limited or non-existent. Additionally, the workload can be overwhelming, with little support or recognition for hard work. Overall, I would not recommend working at TRG if you're looking for a positive and supportive workplace.
