Cons
They are a body shop. They hire you for a particular role & expect you to deliver in a completely different role without any Training or Mentoring or even Time to Learn. Inter Departmental Politics is Nauseating. They don't care about the value you add as a consultant to your clients, it is all about how much revenue you have added to the company's coffers with the backlog you built. Meetings Happen in Hindi & people use coarse language. No Feedback is ever given to you, but people point fingers retrospectively. No one brings you up to speed on the project, yet they expect miracles in weeks. People still expect you to address them as Sir/Mam and would loose it if you speak in an informal manner. Totally hostile environment. In a Nutshell, joining Tech M was the biggest mistake of my career. Leaving the company in 3 months was the best career decision taken.
