The people I worked with were supportive and willing to help when needed, which made day-to-day project work manageable. There were opportunities to learn on the job and the flexibility in hours was useful for balancing work and life.
Cons
Leadership was inconsistent and often reactive, with priorities shifting regularly without proper communication. There were no clear processes or governance around how projects were run, and decisions were frequently unclear or contradictory. Managerial support for projects was minimal, which left people guessing or relying on their own networks to fill the gaps.
