Pros
Great team to work with from a branch and support office perspective. Owners of the business are approachable and considerate. A grass roots business that has has become one of the largest dealership businesses in Australia. So much potential.
Cons
The CEO is unfortunately the wrong person for the job. He has great depth of knowledge in acquisitions, merges and financial planning. But does not understand how to be empathetic in a positive cultural way. Therefore, the businesses cultural direction is a disaster. In addition the business does not promote within.
