3 step interview process. HR type phone interview, folllowed by a Breakfest meeting, and finally a panel interview. Seemed to be relatively laid back during the interview process, but very competitive.

Question 1
They were more concerned about learning about my background in the field than asking, certain specific questions. They definitely wanted to determine the willingness to work long hours in a large territory.
I had 1st round interview with an HR rep, and she asked meaningful questions and we had a good conversation. She was able to answer my questions effectively as well.
Great. The manager made the interview process easy & comfortable. It was more like a conversation between two humans than a stuffy corporate exchange of words. I felt at ease within 10 minutes.
