      Work culture is great. Can get to learn a lot if joined a good team.

      Cons

      Possible to might get stuck with horrible people. Hike cycles are inconsistent. Longer run is good

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
