      Very political, not an enjoyable place to work.

      Pros

      Most team members and colleagues are good people trying hard to delivery outcomes. Variety of work since you need to cover a lot of gaps. Pays a wage.

      Cons

      Poor executive management. Global 'experts' and APAC management are mostly below average time wasters. Probably the most political company I have ever worked for. Slow to make and implement changes required to grow the business. Some people working massive hours while some doing hardly anything, again poor management unable to see issues and address.

      Ambitious goals to become a leading telco vendor Broad technology base Global player People know the Nokia name

      Cons

      A lot of thier internal processes are confused due to aquiring Alcatel-Lucent and Siemens. They've made key posistions redundant, leaving responsibility voids. A lot of former Alcatel-Lucent employees are underpaid. Former ALU staff in Australia have been trying to have thier EPA updated with new Nokia only to have Nokia try immature heavy handed bargaining tactics to remove benefits.

      Cons

      Too many restructuring decisions in very short period Too much cost cutting led to brain drain Management oriented company not engineering anymore No clear career path for its employees
