Pros

Great culture, supportive team- lasting connections.

Cons

Transparency in coaching... as a newer employee, I feel there should have been some leeway with metrics and I was initially told it takes a year to get fully comfortable in the role. There is a lotttt to learn, and unfortunately, I did not learn at the pace they needed. I will say, this is a highly technical role and you will need to not only retain the base but cross-sell.

Pros

Great on-boarding team and process, multiple health benefit options, hefty bonus structure.

Cons

If you like having ZERO work life balance this job is for you. The expectation to be on at all times is never said, just implied and expected. They'll say don't work late or on weekends, but the job needs to be done. So if 40 hours isn't enough, which it never is, given the daily meeting expectations, managing renewal processes, outreach campaigns, and onsite meetings, figure it out. The sales team is KING, and everyone else has to accommodate their personalities. Sales can be rude and argumentative to MANAGERS in front of other team members or in meetings, and they are still employed because they bring in money! The general feel is "Ask questions but not too many questions" This work environment was toxic.
