Pros

Life is what you make of it and so too is the role that you're in - I'd give a 4.5/5 (since nobody is a 5), but that's not available, so I'll sway to 5/5. Great location and office 9.5/10. Plenty of resources available to perform well at this job - from your managers, to your colleagues to the company resources. Very supportive transition from regular work to WFH when covid hit.

Cons

If you look for cons, you'll find them everywhere you go.

Pros

Great on-boarding team and process, multiple health benefit options, hefty bonus structure.

Cons

If you like having ZERO work life balance this job is for you. The expectation to be on at all times is never said, just implied and expected. They'll say don't work late or on weekends, but the job needs to be done. So if 40 hours isn't enough, which it never is, given the daily meeting expectations, managing renewal processes, outreach campaigns, and onsite meetings, figure it out. The sales team is KING, and everyone else has to accommodate their personalities. Sales can be rude and argumentative to MANAGERS in front of other team members or in meetings, and they are still employed because they bring in money! The general feel is "Ask questions but not too many questions" This work environment was toxic.
