Pros

you get to learn a lot at MHE because in short spans of time you are pressurized to do so much

Cons

The work environment is very bad. Though some people are really good; the environment sucks out the best in you and leaves you humiliated. Huge politics doesn't make it the best place to work. No work-life balance. you always have to be on your toes.

Pros

Great on-boarding team and process, multiple health benefit options, hefty bonus structure.

Cons

If you like having ZERO work life balance this job is for you. The expectation to be on at all times is never said, just implied and expected. They'll say don't work late or on weekends, but the job needs to be done. So if 40 hours isn't enough, which it never is, given the daily meeting expectations, managing renewal processes, outreach campaigns, and onsite meetings, figure it out. The sales team is KING, and everyone else has to accommodate their personalities. Sales can be rude and argumentative to MANAGERS in front of other team members or in meetings, and they are still employed because they bring in money! The general feel is "Ask questions but not too many questions" This work environment was toxic.
