No training provided, no guidance. Ask question but there is no answer when I am new. Become redundant. There is no direction, every question ask will be assessed by senior and manager. No proper workplace to work as support room is to small

Wished that the position was more technical/relevant to CS major.
The initial training can be rough. First few weeks can be very confusing. The scope of responsibilities is not very clear, and they need to be learned over time.
Sometimes there are scheduling gaps that can cause issues.
The documentation is often lacking/outdated which can be difficult for someone who is new and does not know all the niche procedures.
