      The company itself really isn’t bad, the pay is good if you commit to the job and do it correctly, many opportunities for bonuses, and weekly pay as the Jozon franchise b

      Cons

      Unfortunately this specific franchise is staffed mostly with friends and family in the Rhode Island stores. This has made for many negative experiences that could be completely avoided otherwise.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
