Excessive unpaid overtime. Cramped office (too small) working with substandard equipment. Below market rates. Very difficult to get budget approved even for minor expenses. They are a 'run on empty' type of company, trying to be super efficient. But why would any above average performer want to work longer hours while getting less money? Also, war cries are creepy.

everything was enjoyable at the start but managers get rude and passive agressive the most toxic workplace no career opportunities no progression in career where you start is where u will end they never fix the company cars leading to unsafe work environments pay is complete rubbish management is all children and people who are not qualified owner needs to take his head out of his behind constantly asking for hours and never receiving any and getting excuses when asking for more unless your related or bussin it down for the person doing rosters your not in luck genuinely only a job for 12 year old in stores because they don’t want to pay you i was convinced to leave my second job which i was making $700 pw for more hours at dominos and now have been making $300 pw which is trash people constantly steal money and blame it on everybody there is no community or communication you can’t ask somebody to sweep a floor or you get yelled at because your not incharge but managers do absolutely nothing other than stand on their phones absolutely cannot stress enough how much this job sucks and nobody should work there
