Good company with shifting culture - Anonymous employee Diageo Employee Review

While I previously enjoyed a positive work experience at this company for many years, the appointment of senior leadership at in Huntingwood (Sydney) from overseas resulted in a significant cultural shift. The previously friendly and trusting environment unfortunately gave way to a culture of intimidation, fear, lack of transparency and lack of trust among colleagues. There are multiple instances of staff being spoken down to and even insulted during meetings with multiple witnesses. No respect and no empathy,
