      Good company with shifting culture

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Lots of perks. Loved it for the time I worked here. Made some great friends and also gained valuable on the job skills.

      Cons

      While I previously enjoyed a positive work experience at this company for many years, the appointment of senior leadership at in Huntingwood (Sydney) from overseas resulted in a significant cultural shift. The previously friendly and trusting environment unfortunately gave way to a culture of intimidation, fear, lack of transparency and lack of trust among colleagues. There are multiple instances of staff being spoken down to and even insulted during meetings with multiple witnesses. No respect and no empathy,

      Some great people and leaders Exciting brands and global reach Work benefits including alcohol allowance Nice office location

      Cons

      Great people leaving because of toxic culture Constant restructure and job loss Awful management and aggressive bullying in one particular department Focus on big voices rather than work quality or employee capability Lack of diversity in the office HR does not show support to employees, rather enjoys politics Seen junior people bullied and mismanaged. No proper training but overwhelming expectations with constant downsizing
