Pros
Beautiful office but no parking
Cons
The people chosen for lead and management roles are very inexperienced, and their styles range from overly authoritative to heavy micromanagement without any oversight. Performance reviews lack transparency and consistency. The culture is obsessed with throughput and numbers, and employees are pitted against each other to compete for performance. There is little to no appreciation. The company will announce strong quarterly earnings, then follow up with emails claiming financial struggle to justify poor compensation. One year, “appreciation” was keychains, and employees still had to pay for their own team lunches. Overall, employees are treated like output machines and the company lacks care outside numbers.
