      Worst Bank to work. No Work Ethics. No Reward and Recognistion for working people.

      Pros

      Fixed Bonus - 0.23 % across the board. Only thing a manager cant show preference to the people they like.

      Cons

      Long Standing Employees with 20+ years in DB playing politics like no one can imagine are rotting the company. only 1 or 2 promotion will be given in year to a working or deserved people rest all go to Long Standing Employees Pet. Colleage intern can become AVP in 2 years if he is Pet to Long Standing Employee. People who work for 20-30 years can retire as Associate. you can decide what is happening on the floor.

      None that I can think of really other than that it is a job and it pays. I really can't think of anything positive to say!

      Cons

      Vey bad work culture and depressive environment. No progression and no job satisfaction. No clear goals set out by management. Technology is old and getting things done is VERY SLOW

      Great global exposure and training courses. the bank will excel your learning curve in the banking industry and you'll get to work with the latest technology in banking.

      Cons

      Tough culture with management driving top down. Surveys are frequent but there doesn't appear to be any changes or progress to the culture.
