Pros

Best product in an extremely saturated market. Thats about it!

Cons

Work here if you like leaders plugging in their headsets while you're on a call and telling you what to say. Also, if you like the feeling of leadership constantly walking behind you and staring at your screen to see what you're doing then this is the place for you! Leadership dont have a clue how to lead so every manager in this place results to micromanaging. This stems right from the very top down to the bottom of the management chain. The best performers leave because of burnout due to how the comission is structured. Only 15-20% of AE's will hit their quota constantly and this is due to them being in leadership roles & favourtism. You are given a threshold you need to be over monthly to start making money and are given minimal support to get there. Dial and smile! Culture is rotten to the core. Most leaders have nearly a full quota to sell themselves as well as managing a team. This means all inbound leads are given to selling leaders leaving next to nothing for most AE's but to outbound 80% of their pipeline themselves. SDR's are given no direction besides making 100 calls a day to the worst leads imaginable. This also results in leaders are undercutting other teams in the office because they want the best leads themselves. Churn rate of staff is phenomenal and like nothing ive ever seen before. The expected OTE is nowhere near what it should be due to reasons above. Dont let them sell you on a dream because you will wake up to a nightmare!

Pros

if you get friendly with management you will be rewarded.

Cons

toxic leadership environment, micro managing at its best. all managers have no idea how to manage a team or their emotions, childish and unprofessional behaviour which results in a high turn over of employees, we wish there was a higher turn over of leaders to cleanse the office, however they earn too much money. They don’t spend enough time with new hires causing them to sink or swim. Culture is a disgusting biohazard, all managers need to be removed and the director need to look into alternatives instead of sweeping all pre existing and current toxic behaviour caused by them under the rug. A sorry excuse of a company.

Pros

Honestly, the only good things would be if you are inexperienced and need a stepping stone job, this company is good for that. There’s also some great people to trauma bond with.

Cons

There is a really long list of reasons not to work here. I’ve never worked at a company that values and treats customers this poorly, it was actually embarrassing. Not only that but the customer service processes in place didn’t solve anything and instead just sent customers in circles to tire them out and hopefully they’d just give up. At LEAST 50% of clients would be genuinely dissatisfied with the product and service but they’re basically manipulated to signing the first time and renewing after the first 12 months. The product also doesn’t work very well, it just looks good at first but there’s so many problems with it and it’s not actually a product that most of the customers actually need to help their business, so you’re constantly having to re-sell the product throughout the customer journey and feeling so bad for them. Management overall is extremely inexperienced as well. It really sucked that there was a particular group of leaders who were leading a cult in the company, and other leaders who weren’t in this group it was really obvious the other managers didn’t like them. It was like a high school drama. The company is definitely a “boys club” and you will hear this term at the company if you work there. Culture values are all performative at this company and they have no clue what to do. It’s really all about revenue here, they don’t care about you as an employee, and they definitely don’t care about how customers are treated. The company is really good as gaslighting you and making you feel overworked and undervalued. Salaries are also average as well. I remember in my first week one of the first things someone told me was how hard it was to get a pay rise here. There is a really high turnover at the company overall. I really don’t think anyone is genuinely happy at the company.
