Pros

- Being outside most of the day - Fun bunch of people - not a 9-5

Cons

- MANAGEMENT. Seriously don’t know how any managers in Aus post were even hired. Rude, not understanding- you’re just a number. They also snitch and pick on anyone to make themselves look better for the higher ups - the rain and extreme heat- expected to deliver no matter what… - submitting your 4 weeks of annual leave a year in advance… who knows what they are even doing next weekend? And your expected to have all your dates locked in for the next year - can’t take leave from end of Nov- end of jan (Christmas period) - hours vary heaps (don’t make any plans after work) - only way to make a decent wage is by doing overtime every day - not given any praise for doing a good job but if you do anything slightly wrong the whole world ends
