I applied in-person. I interviewed at Aritzia (Surrey, BC)
Interview
The interview was not lengthy. I was asked to dress up and so I did! The interview questions were pretty standard. One tip is, just be yourself and describe how you would fit into the overall company culture.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aritzia (King of Prussia, PA) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was messaged on LinkedIn by an Aritzia recruiter to schedule a meet and greet at the KOP mall location. I scheduled for a few days after. I went in and an employee came out to let me and another person there for an interview know that the recruiter sometimes doesn’t check that the times work for the managers on shift and doesn’t give them proper notice. They were apologetic that we’d have to wait for the manager to come in. I debated on leaving but luckily a manager was able to meet with us sooner than 30 min later. I’m unsure if group interviews are common or if they accidentally double-booked us, but the manager, other interviewee, and I went out to the mall area to look for somewhere to do the interview altogether because the store was busy.
Interview was casual and the manager was super nice. They said we could expect a call the next day if they wanted to move forward with us. Overall it seemed disorganized, but I don’t blame the people working at the store.
