Application process started from a phone call to do assessments then to an in-person interview. Was asked behavioral questions and did a role play through a phone call with a customer with the interviewer.

It was straight forward and easy to complete. It took around 30 - 40 mins to finish both online test. One test was IQ multi choice and another was a call simulation where you had to do the required tasks asked from you by the fake customer

Got passed through to an online interview after completing assessment. There was a lady asking the questions and then they had it written out on the next slide. From what I remember I think they give you 2.30 minutes to think of an answer
